Tuesday, July 3 Port Elizabeth to Port McNeill 3 hours 32 miles

FUEL:  266.3 gallons at $5/gallon       ouch!
We had a great ride, once we evaded to logs, and continued into Queen Charlotte Straight.  The sea was rippled and the sun was coming out when we reached Port McNeill.  We stopped at the fuel dock first to fill up before we head out around Cape Caution.  The fuel dock is also a marina.  It is right next to Port McNeill Marina. And amazingly enough it is called the Port McNeill Fuel Dock Marina.  This marina takes reservations and will also act as a concierge.  They are really trying harder. The other great thing about this marina is they take garbage (any idea what it would be like to keep 2-3 weeks of garbage in your house) and have an oil dump.  Fred gets to clean out the engine room.
